Mr, Akbar Khan started his journey to establish Akbar Travel of Rajasthan in 1979 to make it as one of the leading recruitment firm across the globe. Hereinafter Mr Akbar Khan & Mr Salim started SALIM AKBAR HR CONSULTANCY in Sharjah UAE. He through his excellent knowledge about the domain and the urge to learn new things has made him a prolific leader in the industry. Over the years, he has built profound expertise in his leadership quality has led him to establish Akbar Travel of Rajasthan as a global entity.

Education

Mr. Akbar Khan holds Bachelor Degree in Business Administration. His keen interest in technological innovation has led him to forth come with technologies in current recruitment life cycles and advisory services, which helps to multiply the efforts of the clients, candidates and consultants.

In his more than 37 years of experience he has proved to be an avid entrepreneur as he is responsible for providing a strategic direction to Akbar Travel India with his innovative approach. He is continuously working towards to achieve the best and to build pioneering solutions for clients in the human resource domain.

Mr. Salim Khan

Group Director & Corporate Head

Mr. Salim Khan joined Akbar & Sons Group in 2004 and has over 14 years of varied experience in HR, building and running his own business and for the last 14 years in senior level executive search and selection. At Akbar & Sons Group he has started a International Office in the name of SALIM AKBAR HR CONSULTANCY in Sharjah (UAE) handled various roles as Practice & profit centre head advising clients in on their senior level & Junior Level hiring needs.

Education

Salim Khan has done his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and completed his MBA in HR & Marketing from the Rajasthan Technical University – Rajasthan.

Besides the recruitment industry, He brings along strong experience in advising clients across sectors in identifying and prospecting for senior management talent and in successfully executing confidential searches.

His wealth of experience working with corporate brands globally, developing long term relationships and growing recruitment teams in the GCC, will allow Profile to develop in line with the hospitality markets ambitions for the region. Mr Salim is an expert at conducting high end search mandates at mid-management to executive level. His passion to work closely with the client will allow him to source the best available talent, creating numerous successful placements.

Mr. Sattar Khan

General Manager

Mr Sattar Khan joined profile as a General Manager for India, He has a strong mix of recruitment agency and corporate talent acquisition experience, that he has gained working across the hospitality, travel, sports, digital marketing and communications sectors. Mr Sattar Khan has experience recruiting for the entire middle east countries.

Mr. Sattar Khan, is an innovative, forward thinking professional who endeavors to make a difference in the recruitment arena, through his strategic ideologies.

Sattar Khan has done his Bachelor Degree (BBA) from Rajasthan Technical University.

His passion and commitment towards re-defining the paradigm of blue collared recruitment in India has led to various awards, which the organization has won over the recent years. He ardently believes that, "Recruitment is a professional activity; Employers should not strive to save the cost of their recruit, but focus always on how to save the cost of a wrong recruit".

Having commenced his career in Operations, Mr. Sattar has transitioned this knowledge to appreciate the exacting requirements of both his clients and candidates, resulting in numerous high profile appointments. Sattar will be utilizing his extensive network to grow the Profile portfolio throughout the India & UAE.

Mr. Imran Khan

Group HR & Administration Manager

Mr. Imran Khan, represents Akbar & Sons Group as a Group HR & Administration Manager since 2007 in India, who have managed to build their significant position in the corporate board, through his strong leadership and expert skills. With a 10 years long experience in the Human Resource Development, Mr Imran Khan has come a long way from being a student of Business management, carrying out roles at senior levels in corporate that eventually transcended him to lead one of the most reputed HR brands in the country Akbar & Sons Group.

Education

Imran Khan has done his Master Degree (MBA) in Business Administration from the Rajasthan Technical University – Kota, Rajasthan and completed his Bachelor Degree in Science Mathematics from S.K. College Sikar, Rajasthan.

He is responsible for leading diverse divisions of the company, especially the Human Resource & Administration, which have emerged as one of the strong arms of the organization both internally and externally. Mr Imran Khan has mentored many young professionals under his guidance, as an advisor and as a keen strategist he has nurtured diverse projects for the company which has been executed across diverse domains.

Marketing Manager

Mr. Imran  joined Akbar & Sons Group in 2016 as a Marketing Manager. He is responsible for company's marketing department. He is very hardworking and job dedicated person. Also to meet new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings communicating new product developments to prospective clients, overseeing the development of marketing literature, providing management with feedback.

Mr Imran has done his Bachelor Degree in Marketing & Human Resource from Rajasthan University (INDIA).

Mr Imran is the one who accepts company & Clients' responsibility in things and moves forward and tries to constantly evolve and isn't afraid to say no or challenge someone or be honest or truthful. Having commenced his career in Marketing, Mr. Imran has transitioned this knowledge to appreciate the exacting requirements of both his clients and candidates, resulting in numerous high profile appointments.
